At Serely, we strive to offer our customers a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please review our policy below.

🛍️ Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

📦 How to Request a Cancellation

  • Email us at support@serelyboutique.com with the subject line: “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”

  • Please include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

🔁 If Your Order Has Already Shipped

  • We cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped.

  • You may wait to receive the item and then start a return process (see our Return Policy for details).

❗Important Notes

  • Custom or final sale items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Orders paid with gift cards or discount codes may be refunded as store credit, subject to approval.

  • Serely reserves the right to refuse cancellations that do not meet our policy requirements.
